Default The changes that would rock the world.

Things that guild wars should make and change.

1.Dye should be cheaper.

[Reason]: Black cost the most and black would be the
easiest to make because every thing is charred and burnt to
a crisp. Colors should vary like if there are purple
flowers in the land then in that land purple would be
cheaper. blue would be cheap in the snowy land and black
would cost the most in the snowy place.

2.The mage needs to be able to use skill points on there
Wands or Staffs like the warrior can use skill points on
his sword points so he can do more damage.

3.There should be a setting to show or hide your guild cape
on your player and a setting to hide them on all players.
to make it easy have a slot where you can put your guild
cape on like armor and be able to take it off also.

4.When you sit you should heal much faster and restore your
mana at the same time when you sit.

5.For the necro class bone hordes should not lose health
right when they spawn but instead a bone horde have low
health and when you raise your death magic they get more
health.



6.The ranger should use adrenaline and not mana.

7.there should be away to just buy armor but this would
cost a Little more than having to find the items so people
that have the money and don't want to waste time looking for
the materials.
on this same note the armor should sell for 120 back to a
merchant but you lose 30 gold on each Price and the cost of
materials. instead of 20 all together.


8.Mesmers need more attacks.

9.Monks need more attacks and should get xp from healing
also.

10.have a person that sells weapons instead of find
materials to make them.

11. There needs to be more races. Elf , Orc , Gnome , Dwarf.

12.The total customization of charters.

2.a color picker instead of having a limited color to pick
from.

3.You should be able to change how your player looks like
any time you want to instead of only one time at start.

4.All Faces from all classes.

5.be able to make your player to be skinny or more body
fat.

6.make the max height for all classes the same instead of the
monk as tall and he can be and he is still a small man.

7.be able to select different body types like warrior body
with neco and so on.

13. be able to remove the music and replace it with your
own.

14. if a warrior has a sword or axe and dose not have a
shield they hold the weapon with both hands and it dose
more damage.

15. Day and night cycles and weather.
Reason: To make guild wars feel real and not
just like one day over and over again.

16. Moving clouds and being able to swim.
Reason: again to make it feel real and not like "woops I cant swim."

Uh yeah, why don't we just rename it to "Everquest" as long as we're trying to make it as much like every other MMO as possible.

Actually, it makes more sense for dye to be basd on supply-and-demand in price. It doesn't have to be realistic, and it makes it so it's harder to look cool and gives players that can a certain distinction. But I DO think, however, that if left unchecked, the black dye prices may get too high, period.

Mages cast magic, they don't need to be able to use skill points on their damn staffs.

I really like that idea, although there should be a setting by the guild creators/officials that allow them to force the gulidmembers to wear the capes.

Healing and mana restoration is already fast enough. Also, I don't know what you mean by "restore your mana at the same time" because mana is always being restored.

I've never played a necromancer, so I can't really support or rebuke that suggestion.

I don't know about the more attacks thing, since I've never played a monk, but I do know that a system in which they got XP for healing would be easily abused.

I also really like #14. And I'm not even a warrior. Less armor but more damage...I think it fits well with the Guild Wars system.

You cannot make this into EQ. Please don't try. I can't make this into D2. I'm not trying. About the only suggestion I like is the ability to change my character's hairstyle and color in-game. I would pay a NPC aethetician/cosmetologist/whatever for this service, and I don't think it should be cheap.

yah...

mages should have staff weapon skills

staff swing - which knocks down a foe who is busy casting/not fighting
staff sweep - which trips foes up when walking by
staff end butt - which interrupts a charging /attacking foe

and a new addition to all players

the special move - you have to use adrenaline and energy to perform a move which unlocks the capabilities of your weapon...

like fiery dragon sword deals 50 fire dmg
holy rod deals 50 smite dmg
fell blade kills a random monster / or poisons him
healing staff performs a heal area

1.first i have to comment about nearly the first line... Dye/anything else, should not just Become cheaper... they use to be cheap when the game came out... now based on how many people buy it at the prices they are, it goes up... accoarding to the market... and it's Very needed for an economy... especially one that's as fragile as this...

2. No, they go by their own attributes... as already labeled... "Fire wand" goes by fire, and requires higher fire for more dmg... Spell casters use spells... rangers use bows... warriors use melee... it's just a simple easy to understand fact.

3. Tell me a usefull idea for taking off guild capes... and maybe ill consider it... as of now... no, that's useless and stupid.

4. Wow, have you played the game?... health regens fast if you dont attack/sit out for a little bit... and mana has its reason for not regening so fast, and it's a simple thing called (balancing)

5. Umm, no... They go down by 1 pip of health every (how every many seconds), and continue to add 1 pip of degen for a while... There are spells to keep them up and alive, for balancing... just as well... and they do gain more health as you lvl them... that and dmg...

6. Perhaps, but only for bow crap... yea, and preperations would stay, as you don't need adr for many things...

7. Nah, it's fine the way it is... they need more money sinks if you ask me...

8. Mesmers are fine, you're on crack.

9. They gain exp even if they dont do anything and they stand reasonably close... and they have plenty of attacks through smite... they're the healing class... dont expect them to be elementalists...

10. You can Find weapons from nearly any monster drop... you dont have to buy them at all... play the game...

11. I dont recall seeing any of those races in this game... and they have no place in this game... You're wrong yet again...

Actually I kinda like the idea that any class can use any other class's body type, hair, and facial features. It shouldn't be that much work for the devs, as it seems armor in this game is scaleable and works more like a second set of skin that stretch than stiff 3D objects. I mean, sure you might not want to see a monk with a mohawk, but I'm sure it'll make a lot of other people happy, and in the end, it really doesn't affect you. People are different, and if some people who might be afraid to look different in real life has a chance to do so online, then the more power to them.

are used to SO first... don't insult the guy when he makes his post..

Second.. this is your idea of the game...

warriors are useless because my cheap energy spells negate their existance
monks are guys that throw across the room heals to guys who were actually being dmged by warriors, these guys recieve double health beyond their max and deal unlimited dmg from zealot fire
mesmers are faggots who either mindattack everyone who does anything or use IW to deal 40 dmg to a warrior with his magic ghey cape and mask
Rangers are pussies that hide in the back and perform things which make everyone immobile and poisoned
finally, the elementalists drop a big ****ing bomb on all the useless, immobile people standing around...

necros reap the soul profits and raise up bone horrors...
unfortunatelys necros die first because they are the weakest ****ing incomplete class in the universe

WHAT A FUN GAME...

so yeah...

#4: Cant even count how many times this has been suggested. Honestly, what would be the reason for this? You automatically regen when you are out of combat for a set amount of time. And the regen increases by 1 every 3(?) seconds. If this was implemented warriors would run up to a massive horde and bash the keyboard for "/sit" while everything near him smacks him around.

#11: Like others said, this isnt WoW. I believe the prime objective for the GW devs was to make the classes strictly human.

I cant really comment on the others.

when u improve a elewmentalist shill it improves the damage for that type of wand/staff.

e.g fire magic up then fire wand dmg will go up

this only makes the dmg go up a bit mind

You know what, first off at least Xin is trying to come up with some ideas that may improve game. I'm not even involved in making games, programming, etc. and I can tell you that before you make any changes or add stuff you need ideas. When you have ideas you consider them, take ones that are popular or may work and test them out. If they suck they won't be used.

Second some of the ideas have been posted before, big whoop. Like there isn't a 100 different threads debating "Grind" and "PvE vs PvP." It happens, but more and more people are using search command.

Third, (THIS IS NOT TO EVERYONE WHO COMMENTED) Nice to see some immature morons flaming, calling names, etc., etc. Obviously you're either just an immature loser who sits at a PC all day or maybe your just 12. I could care less. Maybe you haven't read anything the site Admins have said but they don't like to see people flaming and being immature in forums. WOW, here's a tip. Take your little mouse pointer and move it to the upper right corner, hit the X and close window. If you don't have anything useful to say don't post, if reading this post bothers you close window.

The one-handed without a shield thing is poorly thought out. In reality, which I assume you're trying to make the game model, attempting to use a one-handed blade with both hands is probably less effective than usual. Short blades are meant primarily for stabbing, not slashing.

Next, the customization ideas are also bad. Each class has hair and faces that fit that class. If you were to allow any class to use any body style, it would become impossible to distiguish character classes from looks.

It would make more sense to be a Seer than an Elf. So don't even start on races.

In any case, the majority of your "ideas" are either pointless, irritating, or already implemented. Try playing through the game a few times. Things are balanced. Everything works fine. In the middle of the battle, nobody is going to be looking at your hair style, so don't worry about it.

EDIT: You do realize that, in your post, you said absolutely nothing about the ideas. You also attempted to hide your inability to use capital letters and conjuctions by calling other immature.
